F EOF…? The “Ruby” side of C!

#include <stdio.h>
F(i){i=' '-i;};main(){printf("Hello, World");putchar(F EOF);}

This little program compiles (with a few warnings), and outputs:

Hello, World!

Try it online!

It’s a pretty innocuous program… Except for putchar(F EOF);, of course. Now, how could that be possible?
